We are looking for certified trainers to deliver a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programme for the Visual
Communication Artist (Static & Motion Graphics) job role, under PMKVY 4.0. You will work with practising
designers and motion graphics professionals, helping them earn formal certification for skills they already use
every day.

Requirements
• Practical experience in static design, motion graphics or visual communication
• Ability to assess and validate practical skills against the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for the Visual

Communication Artist role
• Comfortable conducting orientation and bridge training for working professionals
• Clear, structured communication across candidates of varying design backgrounds

Eligibility Criteria
• Certified trainer status (NSDC/SSC-recognised or equivalent, aligned to the QP-NOS for this role)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or training experience
• Prior experience with RPL, PMKVY, or similar skill-certification programmes preferred
• Based in or willing to travel to the assigned training location
